Agrifutures Australia funds R&DE project into Small Scale Drying methods for Black Soldier Fly Larvae (by Mobius Farms)

This Agrifutures funded research aims to provide practical information on different drying methods for BSFL, the impact on appearance and sensory appeal as well as nutritional and microbial profiles.
